I had Liam and his company do complicated drywall work in my home after the installation of three skylights. He was an absolute joy to work with. Transparent pricing. He was extremely accommodating as to all the particulars of how I wanted things done. Was very careful to make sure that all the little details lined up correctly. Takes pride in his work. Checked in with me often to get my preference on certain nuances of the job. Couldn’t imagine that working with a contractor could get any better.

Liam is AMAZING!!!! He did some drywall repairs for us and we couldn't be happier! He even found a few small spots that we missed and did them as well. The work could not have gone better. Liam and his crew were on time friendly and offered a good price. After the project was started and it became apparent the damage was not as extensive as we thought, Liam lowered the price from the agreed upon cost ! The repair was done to perfection . Liam came out to give us a quote as water damaged a bathroom wall. However, the leak problem was still evident so he kindly gave us some suggestions as to whom to call. Once we rectify the leak problem, we will definitely call him to repair the interior wall.

I am so grateful for Central Florida Drywall. We had quite a mess on our hands, and were suffering the consequences of not hiring a true professional. We wanted a passthrough cut through 2 offices, and while technically we had that, it was obvious it was done by someone lacking any craftsmanship. We needed someone to fix it. Noone likes to fix the mistakes of others, but Liam immediately came by to look at what we were dealing with. He was friendly and professional, and pointed out things that I hadn't even noticed. That's when I knew he was the right guy. He provided a quote and proof of insurance, and began work within a few short days. Communication was clear throughout the process, and his work exceeded my expectations. Because of Liam, a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. If you have drywall work that needs to be done, learn from my mistake, and hire the professionals at Central Florida Drywall to start.

The owner gave an estimate, called before appointment time, and arrived on time. He moved what he needed to, prepared the work area, and completed the job very neatly. The workmanship was excellent- very nice job- and then he cleaned up afterward. I was so impressed that I asked for estimates on additional work. I would with no hesitation at all, highly recommend, and definitely use this company again.

He understood our need to get the job done quickly and completed the project within our timeframe with excellent results. The project went by very quickly but took great care to make sure nothing else was affected like electrical issues. I love that he and his son didn't just create a closet for us, he laid down extra hardwood flooring and build in the door and frame, and all we really had to do was look forward to using it. Highly recommended!

We hired Liam to remove a popcorn ceiling. It went so well, we hired him again to fix several holes we had in the drywall. He was the consummate professional. Communication was fantastic and the walls and ceiling look fantastic. He went above and beyond filling in some extra small holes while he was there. He is priced right and I would not hesitate to hire him again!
