Mr. Krayem tested the soil around the small void and advised us that this didn't rise to the level of any type of remediation other than packing the small void with soil and following through on our plans to have gutters installed and a linear drain. Three other companies quoted us between $8,000 and $2,000. He took the time to explain all aspects of monitoring Florida slabs and what to look for in the future that would require professional attention. All at no cost. Highly recommend and will only use this company in the future."

"We had extensive subsidence on our driveway and several slabs had cracks. The estimator came on time, was professional, described the process, made appropriate measurements, took photos and promised an estimate by email. The estimate arrived 48 hours later and was right in line with others we received but much less than re-pouring the driveway. We approved the job and set a date for it's initiation in about one weeks time. They showed up right on time and commenced work. What was thought to be a 3-4 hour job eventually took 8 hours. No complaints from the contractor. The driveway was level, not perfect, but better than I had hoped for. I ground the uneven cracks myself and filled them with fast-set concrete. The driveway looks almost like new. We're happy so far. Time will tell how permanent the fix is."
