we are very unsatisfied. They didn't stand by their work. Showed us a catalog and we selected the the flooring we wanted, but we received something different. The pictures they showed us were deceiving. When the model we saw with light colors nothing looked like in the picture, when asked about the colors, John said adding colors were not a problem and they could add any color they wanted. When it came to work, he came with four colors and nothing like we showed him in the picture. After paying such a big amount of money I think his work is worth one-fourth of the money I paid. After the rain, the color became very dull. He was supposed to do leveling before even working on the real flooring but whatever he did, didn't work, and still, a lot of water stay on the floor. He did a poor job of leveling. Feel like he doesn't know what he is doing.
