"The owner, Rosy, was exceptionally responsive and organized. She got me on the schedule immediately, and her communication was amazing from start to finish. The outstanding cleaning team that she sent to the house were professional, extremely nice, incredibly hard-working, efficient, and thorough. "I was very impressed with the service I received. Andrew, the technician showed up around an hour after I contacted the company to get a quote to have my dryer vent cleaned. He completed the work in about 15 minutes and cleaned the area around the vent so it was cleaner than when he arrived. He answered questions I had about the damage not having a clean vent could cause. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a dryer vent cleaned."
