"Thank you for your review Kathy. I appreciate you letting me know about the moving of your furniture in your bedrooms. We do not move permanent furniture, i.e. dressers, beds, entertainment center, china cabinets. However, our policy is to move what is called the "common furniture", i.e. couches, end table, dining room table and chairs. This is common with all carpet cleaners as "workers comp" will not cover our employees with any heavy lifting injuries as we are not a moving company. I (Tammy) am taking full responsibility for not informing you of this policy for your bedroom furniture. It is my job to inform all customers when booking appointments with us, and I usually do inform everyone that ALL carpet cleaners have the same policy. Going forward I will make sure I tell all of our customers and document it. I do appreciate you bringing this to my attention. Our technician worked very hard and used different stain products (we carry on our trucks) to get the motor oil out that was covered heavily on your living room floor which he removed 98% (have before/after pictures). Unfortunately, my husband could not come with our technician as he was in the hospital with COVID and Pneumonia with oxygen, but I just said he was sick. Thank you again for taking the time out of your day to give us this feedback, I hope there's another chance where you can try us again!"

Being known for our great service work as well as our exceptional attention to detail, it came as a surprise to hear about your unsatisfactory experience, and we are very sorry! You and I have had a conversation offline and now you are aware that you have a "Polyester" carpet which takes a lot longer to dry than regular "Nylon" carpet since it is made of plastic fibers which enable the drying time. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please rest assured we have addressed the issues/concerns with our technician to ensure he improves better on his communication.
