House Cleaning
KGC is great. They take the time to make sure they know exactly what you need done then the first time they verify with you again as they do the work and after completed. Never a question of how professional they are. I was so pleased we have a set up a repeat clean every month. I would highly recommend Kings General Cleaning LLC to anyone needing a weekly or monthly cleaning or a deep cleaning. They are really good.

House Cleaning
Not happy at all. Paid $100 for 1 bedroom 1 bath. Kitchen was not even touched. When I questioned why the answer was “I thought you only wanted the floors mopped “. SMH!! Cleaner was here for one hour! Hard lesson learned!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

"Dear client, At KGC we always take the time to come to your house for a free estimate. During the estimate you requested that only the 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and the floor to be cleaned, while mentioning that the kitchen was always clean. The price quoted reflected the job to be completed. As a bonus, we also dusted the house, cleaned the sliding doors and fans (not included in the quote). After completing the job and while still in the car, preparing to leave, we got your text message asking about the kitchen. Since we were still there, we offered to go back and do any other tasks you needed, and you refused it. During the estimate we agreed on price and job to be performed, so it makes no sense that now you are complaining about the price and amount of work. By the way the cleaner was at the house for a good 2hrs. On what concern punctuality, you said that we could arrive anytime after 12:30pm and we were there at 12:50pm and advised you of our ETA, ahead of time."

Wagner, his wife, and their accomplice showed up on time and with a positive attitude. They were so kind and reassuring to me on Day 1 of my new home, and they made it spick and span for me, even deep-cleaning the fridge (and behind it) and showing me how to operate the self-clean component of the oven. I loved learning about Wagner's life in Brazil and Boston, and his love story with Suzanne. I also loved how respectful they were toward my property, making me feel safe and secure with their services. My stepfather has been using Wagner for years, and my sister just started, too. I plan to carry on that family tradition! The prices are super reasonable and the work is "the way we would want our own home to look", according to Suzanne's motto. They were fantastic, on time, and very nice. They brought their own equipment and they dusted everything in detail. They washed all the doors, cleaned the chandeliers, etc. We will be having them come back every two weeks and we would highly recommend them.
