"During the quotation process, the communications were great.  Once we got our approvals and were ready for installation, they stopped communicating.  I had to call them to ensure our installation was scheduled for a day we had requested, and to get them to pick a date to do the final measurement.  The actual installation went well, except for a few minor glitches which they agreed to fix.  Then the building inspector failed the electrical connections, and that took 2 trips to get resolved.  The company was very willing to fix everything that needed to be fixed.  I just wish it hadn't taken 3 tries to get everything right, and that they had communicated better along the way.
