"It was worth every penny! When we finally decided to refinish our hardwood floors, we wanted to hire
the best professional in the market, and we did! We are very satisfied with the work that Martinez
Wood did restoring our floors. Call us picky, but we spent about a month trying to find the right
company for the job.  Yes, we had several contractors providing us quotes that were more or less similar
to each other, but it wasn?t until we contacted Martinez that we knew that we had found the right
person for the project.  We own a property of about 2000 sf on wood, so we had to make sure we were
giving the job to a proficient and experienced company. Mr. Martinez was very nice since the day we
scheduled our appointment, I had no problems on this matter. He company came personally to provide
the estimate and he was on time. He measured the house and explained us how the project was going
to be performed in case we hired his company. We got the estimate that same night. Coincidentally, we
were talking to a neighbor that had just remodeled her house and guess who did her floors/ yes,
Martinez Wood was the company she used. She did not have enough compliments for them of how
great and honest they were. So, we used that as a hint and decided to hire them.
The project started on the date it was scheduled and it took about 5 days to be completed. We lived all
the process and it is not as messy as people describe it. Well, I have to say that they did clean every day
after work. We highly recommend you use a water base product, a lot faster, environmental friendly,
and you avoid the strong smell of polyurethane. The floors came out looking like a brand new floor,
AMAZING! I forgot to talk about their price, they have fair prices and give you some perks included on
the quote. Now we want to build a deck before the summer gets here and we are definitely hiring this
company for that. I just have to say that I would recommend Martinez Wood Floors for their experience,
knowledge, and professionalism?..nobody does wood floors like them.
