"Buyer beware! Shingle Masters Roofing and Construction does not honor the contract that they and I signed; and they did damage to my house! I held up my end of the contract. I paid them in full upon receiving the Wind Mitigation Inspection report signed by the owner of Single Masters. Shingle Masters split a truss, put deep cuts in roof framing, installed metal straps that are not hurricane straps and provide NO protection (see drawing for how the metal strap is supposed to be used, this is not a hurricane strap, then they put several fasteners into both sides and top of my wood truss), cracked the corners of my house, made my garage ceiling leen down in the corners, put a large crack in my ceiling, Loosely attached 2x4 boards to roof framing for some unknown reason. Cut plywood too far and then just shingled over it. Etc. Etc"
