"I hired this installer for a two-person epoxy flake floor job. He represented that he and another installer would complete the project together, but he arrived alone. The product used was a fast-curing epoxy system that requires coordinated application, and working solo caused several issues: ? The epoxy started curing before full coverage was completed, leaving roller marks, uneven texture, and flakes that did not embed properly. ? He mixed an additional batch the next day that did not match the original color, and portions remained soft for hours, suggesting an incorrect mix ratio. ? The job was left unfinished with no topcoat applied. ? Despite the workmanship problems, he requested additional payment?nearly double?to correct the issues he created. He later offered to fix it only if I paid in full before the work was completed. At that point I no longer had confidence in the workmanship or the agreement. No written warranty was provided, the project was never finished as promised. "

The patio is beautiful, and it has completely transformed my backyard into a space that I can enjoy with my family and friends. The process of working with Dave Griffin was smooth and easy from start to finish. "What an awful experience . Was given a written quote of $2480 with a required 50% deposit, upfront, of $1240, which was fine. Eight weeks later, on the day of installation, the cabinet doors had been cut down to the wrong size and had to be reordered so had to wait another two weeks to get the correct sized doors installed. At the completion of the door installation I was handed an invoice with a balance $82 higher than the original quote of $2480. The office staff had no explanation why the final invoice amount was different from the original quote. Seriously??? I waited 10 weeks for cabinets and then they jack the price by $82.00 with no explanation?!?! What a scam. The only bright spot was the installer, Mikey. Very nice young man and he did an excellent job with the install and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Beware!!!"
