"On August 18, we met with Casey Dollar and he agreed to do the job. He ordered the fence gate opener from ghost controls for $1168 which I paid for with my credit card. It was shipped to Hank’s house the next day he said he would be here that Saturday the 23rd to install it. Well he never showed didn’t hear a word from him but he came the next Monday on the 25th and did install it but it didn’t work right the right side of the gate would not open all the way at lack 2 1/2 to 3 feet of opening all the way he said he would be back the following Saturday to fix it. Well, he was a no-show again so Sunday night I texted him. I said we didn’t see you yesterday. How come when are you coming so he said I will try to fit it in sometime this next week. Sorry I had a lot going on yesterday. Well, he could’ve let us know something and that was last Sunday.
