Newly designed luxury master bedroom and bathroom were exceptional use of space--a true owners' oasis with high ceilings, crown molding, jetted tub and larger walk-in closet. All the original, single-paned windows in the home were replaced with energy-efficient double-paned "prairie" style grid windows. Price of contract was fairest and most comprehensive of all bids received.

They answered all of our questions and made sure my 94 year old mother was totally safe during the entire repair process, and even assisted us with the insurance company to pay for a hotel when the flooring had to be removed and new flooring put in."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
