"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. So all I need is to charge me for the bad valves and few heads that were not working properly. The technician came in and was super nice . After he checked, he told me that $350 for the 2 valves & service fee of $125. I told him I can?t pay service fee bc I already know the issue w/the sprinkler and also told him I had a prior estimate for $300 . Can he match that? He told me ok that he?ll remove service charge & do the job for $338 and he will check the head and charge me for whatever how many sprinkler heads that are bad. I agreed and approved. Up to this point all was good. He started the work but later said he?ll be back tomorrow. Next day, it?s another guy who came, I didn?t think much of it bc we had an agreement. Once finished , he charged me $650. Add $350 4 valve & add back $125 Svc fee."
