By the way, we purchased the Oak floor with them, good prices and had the material on the following day. The employees are honest and hardworking. Very agreeable with anything you might ask. While they were working on the old floor, we had the new wood acclimating under AC, for what the owner told us, this is a very important step if you are going to install new hardwood floor. The installation itself was fast. They were precise and also put our new baseboards. We decided to add the refinishing at the last minute, just to change the color and decor of the bedrooms. We did it to all rooms, and OMG they look beautiful. Wonderful work with exquisite taste. Worth hiring this company"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
