"First - hire Keith & I hope you read the rest. If you live in the Keys, you know contacting a plumber on the weekend is almost impossible. I had a water leak that was turning into a serious situation. He came over and stopped it quickly. Once he figured out what was causing it we agreed to have the shower plumbing repaired and the fixtures replaced. Then, because Home Depot would not install the new dishwasher because of old plumbing, Keith suggested he could do it. On the same day, he fixed the shower, repaired the sink plumbing, installed the dishwasher along with a new faucet & disposal. Keep in mind that this is an old house with old plumbing, appliances, etc. Keith was incredible. Incredibly competent and great to work with. If I were you - I'd choose him first. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
