"First - hire Keith & I hope you read the rest. If you live in the Keys, you know contacting a plumber on the weekend is almost impossible. I had a water leak that was turning into a serious situation. He came over and stopped it quickly. Once he figured out what was causing it we agreed to have the shower plumbing repaired and the fixtures replaced. Then, because Home Depot would not install the new dishwasher because of old plumbing, Keith suggested he could do it. On the same day, he fixed the shower, repaired the sink plumbing, installed the dishwasher along with a new faucet & disposal. Keep in mind that this is an old house with old plumbing, appliances, etc. Keith was incredible. Incredibly competent and great to work with. If I were you - I'd choose him first. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
