Finally a company who knows what they’re doing and honest enough to tell you if the equipment is still good and repairable. He came immediately, found the problem and fixed it. The price is way below another company who came and gave me a quote, and also insisted that I had to change the equipment.

I called Jay on a Sunday, and he managed to squeeze me in his schedule the following day. From the phone conversation to the end of his service call, I was impressed with him. Not only was he knowledgeable with what was going on with my system, he was polite and professional. I was only charged for the service call, very reasonable.
