My experience since then has been nothing short of spectacular, ranging from a (i) critical site evaluation of the legacy fenestration system that discovered a host of air and vapor penetration issues to (ii) presentation of options ranked by anticipated return of investment driven by wind and impact resistance ratings. Over the course of developing the window and door schedule, Michael demonstrated deep domain knowledge that I found incredibly refreshing in striking the optimal balance between (i) capital investment and (ii) system performance.
