"The carpets look great. I am really pleased. The house was left with a nice fresh smell. I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."

"they were so courteous and did a beautiful job cleaning, they loved my dog gemma , they came out in the evening to see the house and made me a very fair offer to clean...and they are reliable and showed up when i expected them.....i am going to have them come every week....its so nice when you deal with professional, warm and lovely people....super pleased! everything was perfect!
