Fantastic. Shawn keeps in contact throughout the roof replacement process. A crew of 12 men arrived on time as promised and completed my roof in one day. The crew worked hard, kept waste in the yard to a minimum, and did a good job cleaning up. Trustworthy company. Quality work. Would hire them again.

South Bay put a roof on my house, a very steep roof. They did an excellent job and it looks amazing. Their men are very hard workers!!!! Chris was so personable and made many visits to my house with samples of shingles and helped me make the best color choice for my roof. He always answered my million questions and was very patient and never hurried me to make a decision. I would highly recommend this company!!! Their pricing was very reasonalbe

Excellent service. Their estimate was very reasonable. They repaired the leak I have had between my garage roof and the main 2 story house. This is the 3rd company to try to find this leak. The others just patched over and over. This company actually removed the outside and found where the leak was occuring and repaired. They kept me advised as to their progress when needed. Also they removed a power vent and installed 2 offset vents on main house. Very professional. They understood my concerns and answered my questions. All workers were courteous. Will hire this company again to do more work on my house.

As a result of the high winds in Pensacola on the evening of 16 February 2016, I had approximately 12 Shingles that the ties (that's the end of the shingle has a tar bead to hold it from flapping up during winds) ripped off. I first called a roofing company that I had dealt with in the past (once for a complete replacement in 1997 and minor repair after Ivan 2004) but they were not available to do the repair and asked for my patenance. When it comes to my home, I have "zero" patenance. Went to Home Advisor, saw South Bay Construction at the top of their list. I call them, Mr. Scapecchi, the owner, was onsite within a couple of hours. He walked my roof, saw what needed to be done and had one of his "installers" at my home within two days to do the repairs. I was impressed with the "installer" and I am so overjoyed at Mr. Scapeechi's responce time and the cost. Trust me, when and I if need a new roof in the future, he will have my business.

Chris did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and did some basic repairs while looking things over. Work is scheduled to be completed next month.
