"The whole process went very smooth. Chris came out to my house to measure my kitchen and came with a bunch a samples to choose from. It took a several weeks for my cabinets to be made but Chris kept in contact with me to give me updates on the progress. On the day of the install there was a crew of three people, so the job was completed quickly and they left my house clean. I am extremely happy with my cabinets. Not only did they come out beautiful, you can tell the craftsmanship is superior."

"Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."

"Our kitchen cabinet crashed down from the wall 6 AM Sunday by 9 o’clock. Christian from Aaron services was here disassembling fallen cabinets. He returned the next day to reinstall using better products as needed. Can’t say enough about the workmanship. Christian is a perfectionist and reliable, besides being personable and trustworthy. We hired him again to create new door fronts in the laundry room, which were custom-made. We are extremely pleased. We highly recommend him for all your cabinet needs. Customer service is superb."

They included repainting a master bathroom vanity, replacing all of the hinges on our kitchen cabinets, and doing some maintenance work on our hurricane shutters . Once he came to review what we needed done, we received a detailed quote in writing via Intuit QuickBooks. The quote even discussed some issues that could arise during the project that might require additional work that may increase the total cost. He communicated with us should he need to change the schedule for the work and any issues that required additional time or materials. When the work was completed, he sent an invoice via Intuit QuickBooks that provided the details of the labor charges for each item and a separate line item for the total cost of materials. He also made sure we were satisfied with the completed work."
