Charles arrived on time for the quote and gave me a tip on where I could get a matching bedroom door (Eco Relics), and he even picked up the door for me when it wouldn't fit in my Corolla. He also picked up the closet doors I picked out from Home Depot, arrived on time, and installed the doors over the course of two days because he had to do some adjustments since my house had settled.
