Kitchen Solutions did an awesome job. This is the 3rd time I have used them, twice for kitchens in two different homes that I personally lived in. they reface all vanities in 3 bathrooms and replace countertops. I would highly recommend them and would use them again should the need arise!

I cannot say enough good things about Kitchen Solutions JAX! We did a lot of work ourselves and hired out various vendors, trying to understand a lot as we went. Steve was so patient with us, making sure we understood what we were paying for, and answering questions about other items we should purchase. Steve took multiple calls from us, even to our other vendors to ensure we got what was needed. And on top of the great service, the work done was great!! We live in a 90 year old home and nearly nothing is level, add in questionable updates prior, and Kitchen Solutions found a way to navigate it all and make it look amazing. Our cabinets are level and function well and no area was skimped on. Their craftsmanship is a true skill. There are so many other companies that do this work, and we met with several of them, and if you’re considering Kitchen Solutions I definitely recommend going with them! These men know what they are doing and will deliver a great product!

The work was done in the time scheduled, but not on the original committed dates. Final product was good, but there were challenges with starting each day at stated start time and the clean up outside work area was left a mess (sawdust all over the car and ground along with several small scraps of wood in driveway and floor of garage). Seemed to be a disregard for our personal property.

Wow. I expected new doors but also got new top and bottom trim that makes the cabinets look very high end. They put drawers in the place of the bottom cabinets. The drawers not only look great but are totally functional. I don't have to bend down and peer into the back of the bottom cabinet with a flashlight. Finally, the price was less than half of what other companies quoted. Gorgeous results.

Kitchen solutions help me design a beautiful cabinet system for my dining room. It fits perfectly in the room and is an excellent way to store China, linen, entertaining pieces and stemware. Their service is beyond excellent and the quality of work is superb.

Job went well when it finally got started. Was supposed to be completed before Christmas but didn't happen until late January-early February. Steve and Paul were excellent in making sure everything was professionally installed. They arranged for the granite counter tops to be installed after removal of old. One problem was the counter top installers damaged sheet rock so that needed to be repaired. It took some time to get the person to come finish that part of the job. At first Ideal Conditions (general contractor recommended by Kitchen Solutions) was supposed to fix that problem. After several calls, as well as "no-shows", Kitchen Solutions recommended another contractor that came quickly and professionally took care of that issue. If you contract with Kitchen Solutions, be sure to get a detailed written description of all the costs involved and which party will be responsible for each part. We, not having major kitchen renovation in the past, didn't think about the additional cost of the tile back splash tile cost as well as installation cost. Also, we didn't include the cost of the plumber needed to connect water and drain for new sink. Overall, even though the job took much longer than expected, we are very happy with the completed result.

We have been considering upgrading our kitchen for several months. Having finally decided this was the time I looked in one of the magazines delivered to our house that advertise for numerous vendors, offering numerous services. I found a few that caught my attention and set up appointments to discuss the project and get pricing. We decided Kitchen Solutions was just what we were looking for...polite, professional and knowledgeable. When Steve came to the house he listened to what we wanted and helped us see some things from a different perspective, making suggestions which greatly improved the end result with minimal increase in cost. He offered alternatives, without pressure. Once we decided on what we wanted he calculated the cost and the project was started within a couple of weeks. It was finished on time and within budget, and he handled all aspects by offering assistance with scheduling the plumber, electrician and tile installer. Each and every contact was easy to work with and completed their portion of the project in a timely and professional manner. All in all the entire process exceeded our expectations in both cost and appearance. I was dreading the mess and inconvenience but all parties involved did everything possible to make the process as easy and quick as possible. It was a pushy sales pitch and I didn’t like that. What he was offering was re-facing. To me re-facing is nice. He was punctual and he even came back and brought samples of the door.

They remove 24 existing doors, removed old hinges and hardware and installed new. Remover 7 old drawer fronts and hardware and installed new fronts and Installed glass doors on corner wall with new hardware; made necessary repairs a warranted. The color of the new material is antique white with brown glaze. The installers, Paul and Steve, are professional craftsmen. They were punctual both days and completed the work as described - they know what they are doing. I was impressed to see how they famed the cabinet over the refrigerator that was nice touch. I would recommend Kitchen Solutions for any kitchen remolding projects.

These guys (Paul and Steve) have a great reputation...and after working with them on a complete remodel, I have to say it's well deserved. They arrived on schedule and completed the demolition on time?All the old cabinets as well as the drywall was removed out to the studs. Next day the drywall guys showed up and got right to work, finished and cleaned up before I knew it. Their tile guy came the next morning, and replace several tiles to accommodate the new footprint. Paul and Steve were back the next morning to install the cabinets?and the project started to really come together?We had wanted to paint the wall before the cabinets went up, but the mud just wouldn?t cooperate?not a big deal, and really didn?t bother us as we were more interested in getting the project completed. Accuracy and attention to detail are the best ways to describe how they approached the cabinets, ensuring everything was plumb, and level?the doors went on and were aligned to absolute perfection?Counter tops were next and the following morning the granite guy arrived and made the template?then there was the inevitable lull in progress while we had to wait for the granite fabrication, but it was only three days?not that bad at all?Friday saw the granite installation?again, another item that went well?Plumbing was completed with the reinstallation of the dishwasher and new disposal in the under mount sink?next (after a very brief delay) the glass tile backsplash was installed and the following day it was grouted?start to finish was just over two weeks?and we are very happy with the outcome?not one single complaint or misstep. All of the people that worked on our kitchen were professional, courteous, and friendly. We had some reservations before the project started, hoping we had made the right choice?they weren?t the cheapest, but we are more than pleased with the outcome?and highly recommend them.

They were very professional, on-time, and did what they said they were going to do. In my experience it's been hard to find this level of service in Florida. They also completed very, very, high quality work. Paul and Steve, the owners, worked as a team and actually completed the work themselves. I was so pleased with the work that I'm leaving this review on Angie's List so everyone else knows to use them.

Kitchen solutions was great! They had excellent ideas to tweak our plans. Everyone was helpful, prompt, very neat, and friendly. The quality of their work is very high and they stayed on schedule. The work was completed in less than a month. We are very happy with our beautiful kitchen and guest bath. The new vanities are lovely in the two full baths. We would highly recommend Kitchen Solutions.

Our introduction to this company was with Pete (PJ), who came to our home to provide the information we needed in order to select working with Kitchen Solutions. Pete was very responsive to our questions and concerns. We interviewed several companies, and decided to work with Kitchen Solutions (instead of a national company like Lowes or Home Depot - from which we received quotes) and other local companies because we felt Pete understood our needs. Steve and Paul are the owners and did all the cabinetry and refacing work. They were prompt and professional. They worked without break until lunch, then returned to work straight until end of day without break. They left our kitchen clean after each day. They were very willing to answer every question we had, and offered suggestions when asked. Every email or vmail was promptly returned. Their work ethic was superb and is exactly what we would expect on a job of this magnitude (we have never attacked a project like this before) - this is very refreshing, especially in a time when this is unfortunately the exception rather than the norm. We wanted a particular look and style in the cabinet doors and had a tough time finding what we wanted. Steve went out of his way, working with the manufacturer, and provided samples until we were satisfied, even having them create a style they don't normally produce, and this is exactly what we were looking for. Pete recommended several companies to work with for granite countertops, electric work, tile work, etc and as a result we were able to complete this project with exactly the look we wanted, and we love our new kitchen. We have no hesitation recommending Kitchen Solutions to our friends and anyone who might ask us. They kept to their quoted time schedule for the completion of this project. This was a wonderful experience.

CJ was the original contact salesman. He was courteous and considerate of my ideas and expectations. He made every effort to make the project come within my budget constraints. Paul was the project manager and installer. From day one, Paul was always accessible and listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. The Plumbing, Electrician, and Flooring contractors were all very considerate and held high praise for Paul and Steve because of their attention to customer service and doing the work correctly. I had some issues with details regarding door selection, pullouts and soft closures that were addressed immediately and fixed appropriately. My first choice granite slab turned out to be a "no go" because of some defects which the fabricator pointed out would have been a bad choice. This fabricator (I believe it was Rock Solid Fabricators but not sure) has worked with Kitchen solutions for "years" according to the staff. Paul was quick to point out that the fabricator rarely declines using a particular slab but I was told that the product would have been faulty and would have potentially "crumbled" when they tried to cut it. I appreciated that information and picked another slab that turned out to be much better quality. All in all, though the project did take longer than expected, partly due to waiting for replacement doors and drawers etc, I was more than surprised that it was not as intrusive as I would have expected. Yes there were days I got frustrated because there was no work being done, however, anytime I had timeline concerns I called Paul who was quick to get things situated and let me know what days to expect each service or what work would be done. I would recommend Kitchen solutions.

The person in charge would not listen when I told him that the bookcase they were building was not what I ordered but they proceeded telling me I would like it anyway. What they built was not what I ordered and did not fit my needs so they had to rebuild it that took additional time. The finished the job and I am happy with the results

They did a great job, followed up with me after the work was done, even called the guy who did my painting because they didn't look up to standards, had him come back for me and I would recommend them.
