"Great experience with Benjamin Franklin, they responded quickly and sent out a great plumber (sorry I can’t remember his name). He provided 2 quotes and once accepted got to work. My mom now has water! We will use this company going forward for all of our plumbing needs."

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. "The installation of my flooring went incredible!!! I can’t imagine what it may have been like with another contractor with the amount of repairs and unexpected repairs. Terry has great integrity and pride in his work and the finished product. He made sure to check the whole house for dips, sags, and buckled spots in my previous 11 year old flooring before putting the new luxury vinyl in. Terry made sure to explain to me why these needed to be cut away and repaired to ensure the best foundation for new flooring. He repaired water and termite damage to the sub-floor which was a bigger task than anymore could imagine. I could go on and on but to sum everything up if you are looking for a professional, prompt, contractor with integrity you have found your guy!!!!!!! I will be hiring Terry for many more repairs to my home later on down the road."
