They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. "We wanted to upgrade our shower to an ADA compliant shower for my husband with his wheel chair. We had numerous quotes and suggestions. We chose Ocala Baths, LLC for what we desired. When they started demolition the wall was unsafe and not stable enough to make it strong and accessible for his entry with a wheel chair. They went the extra mile to make sure it was safe for my husband and built the wall and bench so it was sturdy with the ease of roll in for his wheel chair, added grab bars, fantastic shower fixtures and it was more beautiful than we expected.
