Eco One Plumbing Services, Inc.

Eco one plumbing was hired by Repiping Specislists to repipe the entire house. Crew headed by Hector came for 4 days to work. Hector a very unprofessional arrogant person and one of 5 crew STOLE my laptop. I reported the incident to their home office but they were defensive. Hector had a bad attitude after I gave them a bad review. NEVER TRUST Eco One Plumbing. Hector did not finished the job. Adriana, another staff, finished the patchwork. I had a very negative and nightmare experience with Eco One Plumbing and Repipe Specialists. These companies were difficult to work with. I would NOT recommend Eco One Plumbing and Repipe Specialists. Very unresponsive to phone calls after I emailed regarding the stolen computer.

They never came back to finish their job. Be careful with this company. It is not reliable. I even talked to the owner, and he promised me he was going to send a crew back to finish everything they had started, but noone showed up. Now the owner is hanging my calls

Very nice helpful men. Would definitely hire them again. Worked very hard to get our gas leak fixed.

Mr. Cruz was in my home not 5 minutes and immediately diagnosed the problem. He could have done extensive unnecessary work and charged me an outrageous sum and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, he chose honestly and integrity and this resulted in a repair that's hundreds and hundreds less than anticipated. THIS IS MY PLUMBER NOW!!!

Got the job done but I honestly think that I was overcharged. My husband was out of town and I had no choice. But, when he got back, he said he overcharged me.

this is a top notch business, from Becca, the most friendly receptionist, to Frank, a gentleman who is cordial, and very knowledgeable. He completely undid another Plumbers terrible mistake and did the install as it should have been done originally. he is patient, answered questions without hesitation, and totally impressed my Husband and myself. He will always be on our speed dial.

Frank was friendly and efficient. I had a 15 year old water heater with a slow leak. Service was fast, got it replaced within a few hours of arrival and I feel the pricing was in an acceptable range. He cleaned up the area, better than it was when he arrived. I did find it odd that they only accept cash or checks, no credit cards. I really would have preferred to have paid for with a credit card for various reasons. I do not recall seeing or hearing that fact until it was time to pay, that to me was a bit of a bummer.
