"Great experience with Benjamin Franklin, they responded quickly and sent out a great plumber (sorry I can’t remember his name). He provided 2 quotes and once accepted got to work. My mom now has water! We will use this company going forward for all of our plumbing needs."

"Jack was on time, did a great install despite the down pour. Very good price, excellent install and all this on a short notice on a Sunday nonetheless. Would definetly be the first I call if I have any plumbing needs. Overall, 5 stars. Thank you Jack."

"

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. Thank you, " New Beginnings Environmental". And thank you Angie's List for you help in our getting a great company for our problems.

"My husband is a retired plumber and was extremely pleased with the work done by Adrian. He has referred him to several of his previous clients due to the excellent work done by Adrian."

"This company is very organized & efficient. They stay on top of the work progress and keep the customer fully informed. They replaced my old tub with a new shower. It looks great & works great, which is a testament to the quality of their installers & the quality of their products. It was a quick 2 day job and kept the mess to a minimum. Highly recommended."

"David is a top notch plumber. He did the job as he said and cleaned up when done. David even had a gauge to verify the PEX pipe was properly crimped. I will use David for any future plumbing needs."

"Jerry was great about setting things up. Mike was incredibly kind and efficient. Thank you both."

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."
