They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. "I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"
