"Joe's work was great !! Very professional. Any problem he ran into, he let me know right away to decide what I wanted. Overall a gentleman who knows his work. His workmanship is great quality. He was very knowledgable in his proffession. His estimate for the work I thought was very fair and better than some other estimates I received. He was prompt and on schedule. We needed to make arrangements for him to come another day to replace a part he did not have in stock. He came on the day he told me and called before to let me know when. When his work was completed each time the room he worked in was cleaned up nicely. He took my old fixtures for an extremely good price to get rid of them for me. His total cost for the project came in under his estimate. I am very pleased with the work he performed for me and I would definatly hire him again in the future for any jobs I need done that he does, even if not plumbing. I am very happy with his work and I will be using him in the future."

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. "We wanted to upgrade our shower to an ADA compliant shower for my husband with his wheel chair. We had numerous quotes and suggestions. We chose Ocala Baths, LLC for what we desired. When they started demolition the wall was unsafe and not stable enough to make it strong and accessible for his entry with a wheel chair. They went the extra mile to make sure it was safe for my husband and built the wall and bench so it was sturdy with the ease of roll in for his wheel chair, added grab bars, fantastic shower fixtures and it was more beautiful than we expected. It is easy to clean and SAFE. A fantastic experience with quality workmanship and materials. It was the most affordable, the installers were knowledgeable and compliant with code. They turned what could have been a bad experience with the poor quality of the already existing structure we had, into a SAFE and BEAUTIFUL shower. He gave more than promised for a perfect ADA compliant shower that we love. We keep his card for referrals for everyone that sees it. I would give them an A+ score and definitely a 5 star company."

"I called Jerry on a Saturday. Jerry worked with me and gave me a solution until he could get the part on Monday to avoid me paying twice for a problem he was able to diagnose on the phone. Very professional and helpful. Jerry always seems all about the customer and finding solutions when they are in a bind. When my pressure tank failed I was on the phone with him Off and on for about an hour. Jerry was patient and professional. His son replaces the pressure tank and was just as professional. $600ish for the pump install and was $345 parts and labor for the pressure tank install"
