I would like to introduce my Company Coastal Blue Waters Garage door and gates, LLC. Also known as CBW door and gates, LLC. I have been in the garage door industry for 30 plus years and have encountered numerous solve able issues over the years.I am a sole proprietor so I am responsible for my work and ability to fix the issue. lnstallation and Service of commercial and residential overhead garage doors including sectional, coiling doors, security and rolling grills, fire doors, speed doors, including electrical openers and accessories for all applications, spring replacement, cable and hinge replacement, keyless entry. lnstallation and Service of Dock equipment including pit levelers, edge of docks, dock seals, dock bumpers, truck restraints including hydraulic and mechanical. installation and Service of gate and access control including gate operators, gate/barrier arms, exit and safety loops, cantilever rollers, gate hinges, keypad entry. Service of overhead doors on semi- tractor trailer and box trucks. I believe that preventative maintenance is a vital part of door longevity. Doors are generally not an issue until they are in a major state of repair that always comes at an in opportune time. I do offer preventative maintenance options such as checking rollers, cables, lube/adjust doors and replace parts as needed. We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit.
