They explained the plan and then proceeded to implement. My couch looks like I had just bought it after they were finished. Not a crumb or dog hair to be seen. 😀 They then cleaned the carpet. It looks like new, I don't even want to walk on it. By the time they left, the upholstery was dry and the carpet was almost there. I am so pleased with the job they did and they were so courteous and helpful. Definitely will use them again and infact, I referred them to a couple family members who were searching for the service they offered."

"This woman did a horrible job. Her and some man came late and did nothing as expected. I would never recommend her to my enemy’s home to clean. I wanted someone to come and clean every other month. She said she’s the one that will do a great job and did a horrible job.. wood floors sticky, kitchen cabinets was smeared, granite counters was not cleaned, wiped down or anything, just was still on the furniture…..said she was going to clean my baseboards they was not clean. She did a horrible job. I attached pictures to show you the proof."
