I've used Bebirian before, and will continue to use them in the future.  They picked up our 3 very large oriental rugs, cleaned and returned them in one week as promised.  The rugs look beautiful, colors refreshed, stains removed, and odor free (we have 2 dogs, so I don't need to say any more about that!).  The men who picked up/delivered the carpets were very nice and courteous.  I'd certainly recommend Bebirian to my friends.

The service turned out fine. They recommended simple repair on two carpets and they did that at a reasonable price and they were on time with the service.

They did a good job but it took 4 weeks, and the price was almost as much as the original purchase price of the rug. But they are very nice and committed.

I heard about this company from several neighbors who were happy with them. The staff is very pleasant, and they had the rug clean and ready when they promised. It was wrapped nicely with thick paper around it. We are pleased with their work, and would recommend them. While there, I noticed they have rugs for sale.
