"Company was hired to prepare and excavate a pad site for a pole barn garage. The guy "Wilson" knows what he is doing however he short changed me on the services that we agreed to. In addition, he under estimated materials needed to complete the work as well as while excavating the area, my sprinkler system was damaged. I had to advise him to come back and complete compaction of fill dirt. After compaction you were able to see that the site was clearly not leveled. I had to bring in more fill dirt to accommodate for this. I paid him anyway because his effort was good, but after payment he never followed up with me. It's like once he was paid then you never hear from him!"

"Naturally, on the hottest weekend of the summer in 2019, with a houseful of guests for that weekend, the capacitor went. Normally, I'd order the part and fix it myself, but that would have taken days to acquire. Air Temp showed up first thing in the morning the following day, and quickly verified the broken part and replaced it. Sure, of course it was more than doing it myself--but that's not the point. They were timely, had the part in hand, and were extremely reasonable on the price. We use them for our annual AC and heater checkups as well and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. During his inspection he checked every possible issue that could be causing the problems. He explained the repair processes necessary and showed me as he was doing them. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done.
