"Somebody should have given us a call we would have gladly went out there and repaired anything at all you have a 3-year warranty not sure why grass is growing out of your driveway in one week it's not something that I can prevent typically that comes from Paul and landing on top of the driveway but I surely would have helped thank you"
"hi this is Joe Sr Jr Paving Company in rebuttal to this comment when we had done this job we had given him a one-year warranty on concrete but in due respect there really is no guarantee on concrete work we cannot guarantee what's going to happen with concrete once it is installed. as a contractor what we do do is guarantee that we're going to install it properly with the correct mix. we asked the customer if any heavy trucks or snow plowing equipment or lawn mower type stuff was on the driveway and they agreed that it was. we had told them that because of the curb law once they allow somebody across their curb whatever damage is done is at their expense and unfortunately I cannot stay there and police what goes on on everybody's property in all due respect. Jr paving did offer to come back and make repairs but was not permitted."
"ho we never agreed to do anything...no recall of this conversation at all. Sorry we are a commercial we company not at tree removal co."

"[Member Name Removed], In the state of Pennsylvania you can not do any driveway weather its resurfacing, designing and installing a new driveway that you received. JR Paving will not and can not do any work with out a permit first issued by the township. So this fictitious story is not based on what your saying. When we are told what must be done with any permit issues the customer s told before the start of the job, obviously everyone know this and you were told. You gave us the permission to start the job and we did with your consent. We were told thereafter starting the job that you didn't have enough money to pay us so we were kind enough to allow you to pay us in 3 monthly installments, and you did not live up to your end of the agreement to pay us on time so you are mad about the phone calls that we gave you in trying to retrieve our money with no other resolution that about payment. We had to tell you unfortunately that we were going to pursue a lien on your home. You called us with abusive language and conversation about this matter and then after you paid us. Instead of being grateful that we have worked with you, I guess it was your ego that you wrote this fabricated rating. We hope that you would reconsider and give us an A1 rating as we gave you a A1 job. Also you know the job was inspected and approved by the township of Lower Merion's inspector."
"Thank you, our pleasure to help. Have a great season"
