"Felix was excellent at caulking my shower glass bottom frame--i told him he only needed to buy one tube of caulk to do the job but he brought 2 tubes. there was a language barrier although he was very nice once he got here..he was here less than one hour and charged me $120 plus the cost of $34 for 2 tubes of caulk--which in my opinion was expensive as he only used 1/4 of one tube of caulk and didn't offer to only charge me for one tube. He did arrive the same day which was great."

Therefore there were delays, because they asked us to give them our choices and we did immediately. However, when it came time to install those choices, the office did not act on our choices, then it delayed. They also did not or forgot to do some of the work, which ended up not being complete., and rather than delay further we did not do that portion of the work. I guess if you ride roughshod they would be okay.."
