"The process started with Danielle and it was a pleasure working with her to schedule the initial estimate. She also followed up during the process to notify me when the service was going to be provided. I met with Kris for the initial estimate and he suggested ways that my chimney repair could be completed to save me money. The scheduled the repairs promptly and showed up when they said they would. Kris did the actual repair and did an outstanding job. He then followed up after the first rain event to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely use First State again, and I highly recommend them for chimney repair projects."

"I had a problem with water seeping down the chimney and got several estimates to resolve the problem. The possible solutions ranged from rebuilding the chimney to sealing and capping the chimney. Chimney Tek came up with the best solution for the cheapest price. They powerwashed the moss off the chimney, resealed the crown, installed a custom-made SS cover, and sealed the brick. I waited 7 months to write this review to make sure that it was really fixed. No more seeping water! They always showed up on time and did a great job of communicating with me. They provided a great service and I would recommend them to anyone."

"Can't imagine better service, or price. It was raining on the original date of work, and they immediately scheduled another work day in the same week. They called when they were running late, and when they showed up the workmen were professional and downright pleasant to talk with. I wasn't able to get onto the roof, so they took pictures to show the site before and after. "EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!  Called them cold on a Sunday night from my DC home to repair many shingle caps that had blown off the peak of our roof of our townhome in OC- I could see daylight from the attic and the insulation was wet.  They were on my roof Monday morning, in the rain, fixing it completely.  They took before and after photos on the roof so I could see exactly what they had done. They also replaced a cracked vent pipe boot.
