"Jim Stephens was great! We contacted him late at night and he was here the next day. He thought it was the garbage disposal and so it was. He carries them on his truck so there was no delay! He ran the disposal, faucet and dishwasher to ensure all lines were secure. Jim is responsive, efficient, clean working, affordable and friendly! Thank you Jim!"

"Vernon and Hector arrived as scheduled. They toured the items to be packed and told me they believed they could get everything into 1 cube ( we had ordered 2). Two chairs could not be brought up the stairs from our lower level because of a stair turn so they carried them around our building cluster and into the driveway for loading. They made use of the rug remnants I provided to cushion and I purchased some recyclable paper blankets from them as well. Everything was carefully secured and they asked me to approve the cube before locking it with the padlock I provided.
Both men were knowledgeable, courteous and experienced. They removed art on stairwell walls to avoid brushing against it. They reviewed my next steps in contacting the shipper.
I asked if G&G is a full service moving company. It is, and I will certainly contact them when it is time to pack and move the whole house!

"At my vacation property I saw a very big limb had broken of and was balancing on other branches, thus being a very dangerous situation. I called Randy and left a Voice mail, because I wanted the limb removed quickly as well as any other trees and/or branches as necessary for safety. Randy called back the same day, went to the house to look at the work to be done and gave me a quote. He then proceeded to do the work the next day. I was very happy as the danger had been dealt with quickly. I haven't personally seen the work performed, but appreciated the professionalism of Randy throughout and feel confident he did a good job. Once I can verify the work done, I will update the review. But can only recommend Randy's Tree Service.
