Cyle arrived at the scheduled time, he had proper protective gear (COVID-19) and was very friendly. He told me his plan of action and went to work. The only glitch was there was high wind yesterday and he will have to schedule a return visit to get to the top level vent. The job was smooth and I couldnâ  t be more satisfied.
