Their customer service is first rate. The owner, Luke, answers all my texts and is always there for me. They are quick to respond and react, and, rapid to answer and act. I have been using CleanLiving for all of the 2019 and 2020 seasons. I depend on him and on his team of cleaners. They are my eyes and ears for my rental unit and have been superb. Because of his quality and excellence, the ratings on my property have received high marks for cleanliness, especially important during this 2020 year of the pandemic. Luke and his team are a top notch service. They are professional, respectful and courteous. In preparation of getting my home market ready, Luke walked through my home with me and took note of where I could save money and made recommendations. The work began promptly and ended when promised. His team completed a thorough cleaning and painting and organized other services for me, such as power wash and carpet shampoo. Luke replied immediately, set up time and price, team arrived promptly. They were finished in two hours and house looked beautiful. Cost higher than usual.

The cleaners are scheduled to come once a month. They do a great job dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning the laminate flooring, but I have textured vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms. Using a swiffer and Mr. Clean does not clean the floors. I've discussed this with Luke 2 - 3 times. The last cleaning was on Tuesday 9/18/2018. The kitchen floor was not clean, and the fellow who did the bathroom did not clean the shower (left highly visible soap scum on the walls of the shower, he did not clean the glass shelves in the bathroom, and did not do the floor. In addition when we went to use the shower the next day the one of the door glides for the shower door was missing. I sent an email to Luke and he responded in this manner: "I appreciate your offer to give it another try. Seems that even with our best effort we aren't able to get on the same page. I think that it's best if we both go our separate ways. I'd be happy to give you a partial refund for our errors. I really work tirelessly to maintain a great reputation as this business is how I provide for my wife and children. I understand that we have had a few issues and I sincerely apologize for that. " So in other words I guess that means don't tell me what is not being done by my workers. I would not recommend using this service.

Luke, the owner, is very honest, fair and hard-working. His help is somewhat questionable, though
