"Jim Lockhart is the best of the best. From the time we were planning our project right through completion, he was the model of precision and professionalism. While Jim owns the business, he also worked on site each and every day. Our project together included a 2nd floor master suite addition, additional bathroom remodel, new roof, siding, windows, and HVAC! Jim was always on time and showed up when he said he was. Once our project started he was there every day consistently and worked incredibly hard each day. He worked with high quality sub-contractors when necessary (roof, electrical, and plumbing) and held them to highest standard and was on site while they worked. While construction was occuring, Jim was careful to keep our house as clean as possible and took extra care to ensure my children were comfortable and safe and their home. Jim even took the time say good morning to our dog each day in an effort to make our whole family comfortable! He cleaned each and every day. He was a master communicator and walked us through each step from start to finish. Jim worked on our home for almost 6 months and he took every detail seriously every day. "Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."
