Graham of TruNorth is a great guy to work with. He was down to earth and made the purchasing process completely hassle-free. Never did I feel pressured or rushed into a decision and he answered every question that I had. I had a skylight replaced, sided a portion of my house that was wood sided, added soffit around the entire house, and had all exposed wooden trim capped with aluminum. The quote I received was fair with what I had come across in my research. Both Graham and the company were very responsive, providing regular updates as to when the work would be performed or if there was anything that would hold it up. The workers were extremely friendly and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and the work was double checked by their boss and reworked if he deemed it necessary. After each day, they ensured that the work site was thoroughly cleaned. I would 100% recommend using TruNorth for any of your home’s exterior projects and will definitely use them

Graham, the owner of TruNorth Home Solutions Inc, could not have been more responsive or patient to my concerns. I have not had the best luck with contractors in the past, but Graham and Tru North wiped away all doubt and apprehension I had. He is a true professional, kind and decent and I couldn't have chosen a better company. The roofers were excellent, hard working and the roof looks great, clean up was done very well, have found NO nails or scraps of any material left behind. I highly recommend this company, you will not be sorry.

Graham arranged to have the roof replaced quickly as quested. It was almost stress free dealing with him. He is on top of the project in every phase and kept us posted with updates. Really appreciated his prompt response.

On the initial visit, the contractor seemed competent, went over all the details about replacing our roof, displayed samples of the different roof install materials, and answered all our questions. The quote provided shortly after was significantly better than installers who were closer. The materials drop off and the install happened on the specified dates. The installers were competent and professional and the replacement was completed in a day. The work was excellent and the materials were of very high quality, with a long warranty. Couldn’t be any better. Thanks

Excellent experience. My representative was knowledgeable and offered plenty of options to choose from when deciding what type of roof. The representative was professional and not pushy. Out of three quotes, I found that they offered the best value. The work itself was efficient and I could not be happier with the results. I will use Tru North for more projects in the future!
