He was also extremely patient as we made changes as we went along which were not contemplated originally. We had major renovations to the bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, replacement of the deck and the addition of a sunroom and painting throughout. "My husband and I hired James Forest Contracting to fix our roof after having storm damage. They were on average $300 cheaper than their competitors and also more personable than other companies we reached out to. They came to us to look at the damage and talk to us when others only wanted pictures of the damage. We hired them on a Monday and they were here by Friday (before more storms came) repairing the three areas of damage that we could see from the ground. I word it like that because when they got up there they noticed more shingles turned up, tree limbs that were on our roof that we couldnâ t necessarily see, and a clogged gutter. They fixed the damage that we hired them for but they also fixed all the turned up shingles, trimmed the tree limbs back away from the roof, and cleared a clogged gutter at no extra cost to us. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."
