"All aspects of our dealings with Guida Door & Window Co. were excellent from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Brett was well informed, courteous and professional. He even called us on a Saturday to address a pre-production issue. He was upfront with explaining both the products and the cost and Guida delivered our doors weeks ahead of schedule. The doors we ordered were a custom size and they easily worked out solutions to the issues around that. Even better, Ezra, our installer was top-notch. He handled a tough, long job by himself. He told us that he was passionate about making sure the doors were "plumb and level" and operated smoothly. He delivered. He was funny and easy to talk to and invited questions. Lastly, our dealing with the office personnel were excellent also. Calls were answered immediately or returned promptly and they were well informed. We are sure that if any problem arises with our doors that Guida will stand behind their products and workman ship. We like having the option of a 0% for 18 months pay-off, which makes it easy to budget the price. We plan to use Guida next year to replace more doors for us.show more

"I don't usually write a review, but Denny was the only carpenter to even give me a quote on this project to begin with, and did an excellent job with it also. I needed a custom glass-paned french door for a home office project, along with a pocket door installed in another room. It was difficult to even find someone willing to come out and give a quote on the project, I contacted at least 5 other companies, and no one was willing to help. This wasn't an easy project. Most contractors wouldn't even do the leg work of finding someone to make the custom pieces for the door, and several told us they couldn't install the pocket door where we wanted it to be. Denny put in the time to get the quotes on material, and made the pocket door work well. Everything looks great, and better than I expected. I doubt I'll ever have another door project this complicated, but I would absolutely hire again if I did.show more

"I chose American Craftsman to completely remodel my main upstairs bathroom. I also had them repair a piece of the downstairs ceiling that had been damaged from a leak in the bathroom. And I had them replace a toilet in a second bathroom. The entire experience was fabulous. First, other estimates I received required me to buy the components for the bathroom at places where the companies would then make money off of my purchases. American Craftsman sets up the process differently. I chose and bought each of the components – such as the tile, cabinets, sink, toilet, and faucets. I also selected the paint color. Kenny from American Craftsman guided me through the selection and purchasing process. Kenny also gave me his discount on the tile, took the time to show me how to use discount websites for the other components, and then took delivery on the parts and held them until they were installed. Second, the installation process was terrific. The crew of American Craftsman is professional, friendly, and respectful. They laid down protective sheeting all the way through the house and up the stairs every work day. They cleaned up every night and again when the whole bathroom was completed. I have a dog that they not only didn’t mind, but actually took care of while I was at work. American Craftsman does not subcontract out their work. Each section was completed by an American Craftsman expert in that area such as tile or carpentry. And a terrific employee named James worked at the house every day and told me each evening what would be occurring the following day. Third, the final product is stunning. Absolutely beautiful. I also want to mention that my bathroom was remodeled in August, 2017 and I’m writing this review in late April, 2018. My point is that I still love the bathroom remodel after using it for eight months. That’s important because I’m not going off of first impressions. The bathroom has been used by a lot of people, the bathroom has been cleaned, and I still love the remodel. I highly recommend American Craftsman for bathroom remodeling. I believe in this company so strongly that I would them again myself.show more
