Provided healthy down payment for a sprinkler system in November of 2024 and job still isn’t complete as of today(April 26, 2025). Boni has stopped returning my calls. In addition, sprinkler heads were installed off of my property in an easement. I requested they be moved several months ago and they still haven’t been relocated. I’ll be taking the necessary steps filing a formal complaint."

Nevertheless, George consistently communicated to ask our opinion on several aspects of the project to ensure it met our expectations, including when a screen door was unworkable (due to no fault of his), he quickly procured an alternative and installed the next day. George brought levity and attention to detail to the project, working to make sure everything was accomplished for maximum function and beauty. "We agreed upon a day of the week that my lawn was going to be mowed routinely. I paid him $175 upfront so that he would mow a multi-acre property. He made excuses once on the phone and then never showed up on any day that he said he would be there. Now I have been ignored for almost 2 weeks, and no service was provided. This man has read my messages but won't reply. He is a scammer. He will try to lure you away from Angie's List and/or HomeAdvisor and have you pay him through CashApp only to never provide you a service."

"I needed a landscaper because my lawn was a mess (more weeds and moss than grass, it seemed), and water was seeping into the basement because of improper gutter drainage and soil grading. Oh, and there was a critter, possibly the skunk that was seen in the area, burrowing underground where there was a gap near my patio – ugh! I hired M&L because the quote was reasonably priced, and Leo was responsive, understanding and cooperative as my landscaping project evolved. The job he ended up doing included building a trench for the gutter downflow, re-grading the entire lawn, creating flowerbeds, installing a fence, doing concrete work (to keep that critter out!), and paving a small section of the yard to hold trash and recycling bins. Leo and his team showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and with the greatest attitude – all of them were hard-working and easy to deal with. I will definitely hire M&L again for future landscaping jobs, and I highly recommend them to others. My lawn now looks nice and neat, can't wait for the new grass to grow. Thank you, Leo and crew!"
