"Jack did an excellent job with replacing the sewer pump. He offered helpful advice in diagnosing the issue and selecting the pump. After the job was done, he even sent his guys over again to install a second valve with no charge to fix a minor issue. Thank you, Jack, for a wonderful job!!!!"

"Edgar and Bill, and their assistant did an outstanding job. The complete replacement of the sewer line at the home I just bought was a day-long job. The technicians were thorough, careful, professional, respectful, and friendly. I will definitely know who to call if (God forbid) I ever need a big job done! Definitely an A+ from me."

"I tried several companies and Poseidon was the only one who could do a simple toilet repair within a week. Additionally, their policy is to provide a no-cost estimate. Other companies charged for this and did not apply it to the cost if I wee to proceed. The technician arrived on time (after calling as promised to alert me), accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Charge was slightly below other estimates. I will definitely use Poseidon again if needed."

"Office staff kept me informed regarding appointment time. Plumbers were very informative on how the tankless hot water works and installation details. While plumbers were here they inspected a sewer pit that Seaside installed 8 years ago when I hooked up to public sewer."

"They called to set up appt. and were very courteous and professional. The day of the service call they emailed and phone to see if we could do it earlier (as we were worried) and they met us to do the inspection. They were thorough and they determined it was not a sewer issue. The service call (reasonable priced) was well worth our peace of mind. They did NOT try to sell us extra services or inspections we didn't need. We'd call them again with an issue in a heartbeat. Highly recommended from a customer service perspective."

"I would tell other that the work they have done has been acceptable.  The worker are fine.  They clean up after the work is done."

At Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Delmarva, we like to start each job on the right foot, more specifically, on the right covered foot. It's a myth that a plumbing repair begins the moment a wrench meets a fitting, or a rooter goes down a pipe. Truth be told, a plumbing job begins the moment we get your call and, more importantly, how attentive we are to our clients needs. \n \nNow courtesy may not be the first thing you think of when it comes to plumbing. But for us, it's one of the most important tools we carry. Certainly, courteous behavior won't actually stop a pipe from leaking, or unclog a drain. Then again, plumbing is about much more than just pipes and drains. It's about making sure our clients fully understand the job that will be done. Most importantly, plumbing is about making our clients feel they've hired the right plumber the moment we set foot in their homes, after taking care to cover that foot, of course. \n
