"Excellent experience from start to finish! Tara called us back promptly to arrange a convenient date for us, and then arrived exactly when she said she would. She deep cleaned our house extremely thoroughly and took less time to do it than we thought possible (I had let it go for some time, so there was a LOT of buildup). "This is more pertinent to Delaware Dryer Vents.... I was concerned about the worker safety, he had to work on a sharply pitched roof....without a safety harness..... ALSO, the worked did not detach the hose from the wall...inside. I specifically asked the appointment coordinator and worker if they cleaned vent both ways...from out to in (that done satisfactorily), but the inside out was NOT DONE."
