They were on time, even early, which was great, were so nice to deal with, and were very patient when I had lost the screw packet for one of the fanlights. Fortunately, I found it, so they were able to go back down and install that one, too. They were very efficient, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely keep them on my list for any other work I need. Forgot to add that they even dusted off the dirty ceiling fan blades when they attached the light kit! Above and beyond the call of duty!!!!"

Instead of burying the problem they left the area open so that I was aware of the situation. The came back to replace the broken pipe. All companies run into issues from time to time. However, only standup companies own up to an issue and get it resolved immediately with no hassle to the customer. Yesterday, a few weeks after the installation I was testing the system manually. Not being tech savvy I had a few questions about the system. Since it was a Sunday I figured that I’d leave a message and someone would get back with me the next business day. Nope. Chase picked the phone on the first ring. I would highly recommend Chase and his team. They are Top quality professionals. "
