One week before your scheduled begin date, we will meet with you to review the contract and verify the start date. One day prior to the start date, a 40% deposit will be required. The remainder of the payments will be broken up based upon the size of the job and progress points with a portion to be distributed upon completion. For example, on small jobs, the final payment will be the remaining 50%. Your personal payment schedule will be outlined on your contract.
