"Garage Lux general contractor has done many projects for me which was done professionally and on time. They removed my old garage door and replaced it with regular door and screen. My old front door was removed and replaced with new door. My back porch gutters were removed and replaced and the old wood was torn off and replaced with new wood. All the old screens were replaced with new ones and a new fan with light fixtures was installed by them. I would recommend them if you are in need of work to do around your home. I would give this company a 10 out of 10."

The two gentleman that came were able to come the same day, and were extremely professional and kind to fix my broken door handle. Lemar re-attached stairs to landing even more securely than they were originally and he installed new vinyl plank flooring on the landing as I requested. He also cleaned up, sanded and re-painted threshold outside of the door, as I requested. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and the work looks very good. Jim used excellent communication skills and computer technology to design,explain, and show pictures of the finished product. He also, put in two new storm doors and did and excellent job selecting and installing the doors. Jim and his crew go out of their way to make you satisfied. First State was perfect in everything they did. * The sales process was very smooth and responsive. * They had a bit of backlog, so I had to wait a bit, but they were very communicative throughout the process and scheduling was more than satisfactory. * They were extremely flexible with dealing with my external vendor (for the vanity top installation). They were VERY accommodating and appreciated it. * They did high quality work. On all parts: tub work, tile work, plumbing work, vanity work. As well as in keeping disruption to a minimum and professionalism. * They were very communicative and responsive about when they would show up, what work would happen when, and dealing with the whole process. * They went above and beyond on several minor things that were not in the contract."
