"I just want to give a shout out to this company, who specializes in home remodeling, on the amazing achievement of mis-measuring the same window 4 different times. I mean, think about how incompetent a company needs to be to employ several sales consultants (here’s looking at you, Steve Brown and Matt Gussie!! High five!!) and a project manager who can’t actually use a measuring tape correctly? It was a real pleasure to miss 3 different days of work (because the install time will be incorrect by several hours, so make sure you take the ENTIRE day off!!) and rearrange schedules and work appointments to get one incorrectly measured window installed correctly. And don’t worry! If you love the company as much as we do, you’ll get the opportunity to talk to them for at least 3 months after your original install date trying to track down any answers on your project. Hopefully you won’t get too attached to your sales consultant, because you will never ever hear from them again and there will be no direct phone number or email address on their business card. All in all, I’m thrilled to spend 17k on a window project that is taking 3 months to complete. I almost feel like we should have signed with the “quality assurance specialist” who tried to use his hard selling tactics to have us spend 30k on new siding and gutters even though our original project wasn’t even complete! In conclusion: this is seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with. Use a different company. Save your sanity. They are extremely overpriced. There’s an article in NJPEN.com about them targeting Senior Citizens with their sales tactics. They are horrible and will give you migraines. Cheers!"

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."
