"The owner Kevin is so sweet and knowledgeable. This is my first wood burning fireplace I've owned and he took the time to answer all my questions about how to use it. The crew arrived promptly and was courteous and honest. Initially they quoted me $800.00 to repair the holes in the smoke stack liner however, they found it needed less work and charged me half the initial estimate. I wouldn't have known it was less work if they didn't tell me. They easily could have charged me more but they were honest.
