"This is one of the worst and least responsive companies I have ever dealt with. I’ve now been trying for two-and-a-half weeks with four phone calls (five if you count the voice mail I was finally put into) with absolutely no response. I called to ask how a product that has had a number of problems over five years and has hardly been used could need to have such an expensive part replaced. I also waited weeks without any contact whatsoever waiting for this part to come in. This company could care less if you have any kind of problem. DO NOT EVER get involved with them."

I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
