They are excellent and I would highly recommend them.

They're really good! They send just one worker and it takes about an hour and a half.

Riley was very professional and polite.  He did not try to get to me fix/upgrade things that weren't necessary like many other providers have tried to do.  The prices seemed reasonable, though I admit I don't really have much of a comparison base.  Overall I am happy with the experience and will continue to use this this provider!

They did a great job, and did more than they first thought they needed to, but did not raise the price. Great service!

Everything went pretty good and they are real good guys.  I would recommend them.

He is friendly.  He came out to do an estimate.  It took him about twenty minutes for the estimate.  The work has not started yet. He just came out to do the estimate and pick up a check.

I'm a new home moaner (lol) but I do most of the repairs for my two-family. Unfortunately I don't speak boiler and so when both my boilers went down in the middle of the night on the coldest night of the year I knew I had to call a professional. It was Friday the 13th and I called two local HVAC companies, both literally right around the corner from my home with one actually doing work 2 doors down from me at the time, and was told I'd have to wait until Monday, December 16th! Unfortunately we were about to be hit with a major snow storm that night and the temperatures were in the single digits. Space heaters freak me out so I took a chance and logged onto Angie's List to see if there was anyone locally who could service the boilers ASAP! I called 3 companies and was blown off because I did not have a service contract with them. I became so desperate I called my local gas company because they offered boiler service contracts but when I looked at what was covered and what was NOT covered, my problem (and it seemed EVERY problem that a boiler may have) was under the NOT covered portion. So back to Angie's list I went and called Riley's as a last resort. No one answered but I left a message. Ten minutes later a pleasant gentleman called me back and said he would send someone out at 8:30 the very next morning. I agreed but secretly I just KNEW no one was going to show up:( Well at 8:26 a.m my mom woke me up saying that Brad from Riley's was downstairs and I've never gotten dressed so fast in my life. I couldn't believe it! He came in, asked me what was wrong, got boiler number one started in 2 seconds (Really?!) and saw that boiler number 2 had a bad expansion tank and release valve. He went to his truck, got the parts, replaced them in 5 minutes, started the the boiler, saw water pouring from the boiler return pipe, went back to his truck got the new pipe, valve and torch. replaced that in 2 minutes, fired the boiler again, saw no water leaking, cleaned up and went to write up my invoice. By the way it was snowing like crazy already. When he returned I just KNEW (there I go again...lol) I was going to have to apprentice one of my teenagers to him for the holidays to pay the bill;( NOPE! $338.00...TOTAL...after hours....on a Saturday....in December....during a storm! I gladly wrote that check! And some one from one of the local boiler companies just popped in when they saw Riley's truck in my driveway. WOW! Couldn't answer my service call yesterday but can pop in when the competition is here?! Thanks SLS! Needless to say that Riley's is now my boiler whisperer:) I am happy and my toes are toasty warm! Brad was great, he even gave me great advise on how to maintain my system for optimal efficiency and I will be using Riley's to install my tankless water heater system in the spring. Thanks.

He responds to emergencys very quickly and provides quality work. I have been very happy with the support Riley has provided.

When I first called on a Friday morning, I left a message. He returned my call within the hour. He stated that he had a busy
day, but would make every effort to stop by in the afternoon. He kept his word and arrived about 4:00 P.M. He said he would
be back early Monday with the piping that we needed. He put a bucket under the leak and returned Monday and completed the
job. I was extremely happy with his efforts. He is sending a bill so I don't know the cost, but the last time I used him he was
very reasonable.

I called after hours on a Friday of a long holiday weekend. My furnace was not responding. Off, no heat, no hot water - party at the house tomorrow with thirty people showing up! Ahg! I got a prompt call back in about 10 minutes. Will asked for symptoms and troubleshot the issue over the phone with me. We had the furnace up and running in 5 minutes. This company had no prior record of me (this was really the first time I've needed furnace service in the area). Will could have easily taken the opportunity to just drive out to the house and charge me an exorbitant holiday weekend after hour fee, but he didn't. He took the five minutes with me on the phone and once we had everything set he saidand quot;call me if you have a problem and ill be right overand quot;. Will at Riley Plumbing and heating has a new lifetime customer in me and I'll sing his praises. I've been in business and the trades for years and the type of service Will offered is vanishing. I am drawn to service companies that are truly there to partner with you and not just there to make a quick buck. I know where I am spending my HVAC and plumbing dollars in the future. The experience was very positive. They took a lot of pride in their work. The gas line needed to be hidden and they took great gains to make this happen. The quality of the work as top notch. They were very friendly, cooperative and professional. They stood by their quote even though some extra things arose.

I had no trouble with them at all. It was just a simple job but the only negative thing was they didn't get back to me for awhile after getting the initial order.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. As a single mother, and sorely underpaid social worker, cost effectiveness and quality services are critical to me. Riley Plumbing and Heating has been there for me, and for my parents before me, without exception. Mr. Riley has sent workers out to repair my furnace in the middle of the night on a weekend in January, just to be sure that my son and I did not suffer unnecessarily. He has always been reasonable in his pricing, and accurate in his estimates. In addition to these qualities, Mr. Riley and his employees are always polite and respectful in their interactions with me. This company is - in my estimation - a perfect example of what every company should strive to be: honest, fair, reasonably priced, and willing to stand behind their work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring the services that they offer, and have recommended them to many people already.

Professional and efficient

Continual problems from day one.

Yes Gas Grill Repair did an excellent job. Nothing i didn't like about them . They did what they promised they were going to do.

I found this company on Angie's List and have used them several times. We have a 240 year old home and the heating has changed several times over the years and they did a large repair job of our entire heating unit so we would not have to replace it. I feel their prices are reasonable. We are pleased with their services and plan to use them in the future for an air conditioner installation estimate.

They are always available and are a small enough company that I always get the same staff and I feel comfortable with them in my home. They also have a vast range of experience within the company. The quality of their work is also good and trustworthy.

We've used him for a long time and he's very consistent in his workmanship. He knows what he is doing.

We discussed project, and they helped inform my decision for the type of equipment. They then installed the stuff, apparently flawlessly. Good people, good work, good fixtures.

They were amazing each and every time I have used them.

Riley's did the natural gas install perfectly, however, upon inspection, the building inspector found that some work done by another company did not meet code (hot water heater and furnace). I received a registered letter indicating that I would be fined if the items were not brought up to code. Will Riley was able to give me a very accurate estimate, and get back in to do the work in two days, so that I didn't get any fines. This company is fantastic!!!

They fixed it in around an hour. I really like they owner, and he answered all of my questions. They are very prompt and friendly. I would use them again in the future for sure if i needed to.
